Return and Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the official support email of the Company at least 7 (seven) days prior to the scheduled start date of the cohort for which the student has enrolled.
Refund requests received within this period will be reviewed and, if approved, processed within 30 days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
No refund requests shall be accepted under any circumstances within 7 days of the cohort start date, including but not limited to:
- change of personal plans
- inability to attend sessions
- dissatisfaction with the Program
- delay in joining
- non-usage of the Program
- financial reasons
- technical issues on the student’s side
Once the refund deadline has passed, the enrollment shall be considered final and non-refundable.
In addition, no refund shall be issued after any of the following events, whichever occurs earlier:
- commencement of the cohort
- access to program materials or student portal
- batch transfer or deferral request
- participation in any live session, workshop, or program activity
By enrolling in the Program, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
